THE PRODUCT

From files in folders to answers with receipts

Point Firmify at your firm's folders, spreadsheets, and email. It reads PDFs, Excel, Word, and scans, and stays in sync as files change.

Firmify extracts the people, clients, rules, and deadlines inside your documents and connects them into a knowledge graph backed by a cited evidence index.

Staff ask questions in plain language. Answers stream back with citations to the exact source documents, ready to verify.

The graph does not reset. Every new document, engagement, and answered question adds another connection, so it keeps growing as more of the firm's work flows in, and answers get sharper as the connections accumulate.

PRIVATE VAULT

Layered knowledge, not shared knowledge

Everyone's own files become a personal overlay: a private vault ingested alongside the firm graph, never merged into it. Firmify fuses the two only at question time, so an answer can draw on both without ever exposing one person's private layer to anyone else's.

Visibility follows the org chart. The higher someone sits in management, the more of what's beneath them they can see; no one can see a layer above their own.

The firm graph with layered private vaults above it A wide firm graph layer at the base, with three narrower private-vault layers stacked above it, each locked, each visible to the layers below it but not above. FIRM GRAPH · SHARED SEES MORE

THE AUDIT ENGINE

How the audit engine works

A deterministic audit engine. No AI guesswork.

Ledger analytics run as pure computation: anomaly detection, control re-performance, trial-balance flux, reconciliation matching, and engagement risk scoring. The AI explains findings; it never invents them.
