Who we are

Firmify.ai is a marketing site for Firmify, a product built for accounting firms, run by the Firmify.ai team. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit firmify.ai or email us.

The short version

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are, what pages you looked at, or where you came from. There is no dashboard anywhere showing us your visit. The live demo at demo.firmify.ai is different, because you sign up for it; the section below says exactly what it collects.

What we receive anyway

A site cannot be fully invisible on the internet, so a few things happen in the ordinary course of serving pages and receiving email.

• Hosting logs. Netlify, our hosting provider, keeps standard server logs for every site it serves, which include visitor IP addresses. We do not access these logs to track individuals; they exist for Netlify's own operation and security, not for us.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font file discloses your IP address and browser (user agent) to Google, the same way loading any file from another server does. We use no other external service.
• Email. If you email info@, ops@, or investors@firmify.ai, we receive your address and the contents of your message through Zoho Mail, the service that runs our inbox. We use that information to reply to you, nothing else.

The live demo (demo.firmify.ai)

The demo is a working copy of our product loaded with fictional data. Unlike this site, it collects information, and it tells you so on screen before you sign up. Specifically:

• Your signup details. The name and email you register with are emailed to us at info@firmify.ai. We use them to contact you once about Firmify and to understand who is evaluating the product. We do not sell them or add them to any automated marketing sequence.
• Activity logs. We keep a log of demo activity: the actions you take, the questions you ask in the shared firm scope, and chat transcripts. Questions asked in your private scope are logged only as the fact that a private question was asked, never its text. We read these logs to see what evaluators actually want from the product.
• Cookies. The demo sets sign-in cookies only, which are required for it to function. No analytics or advertising cookies exist there.
• Nightly deletion, except your account. Everything you do in the demo, uploads and chats included, is erased and rebuilt every night. Your account itself persists so you can return without re-verifying, and we keep our copy of the signup email and the archived activity logs. To have the account removed as well, use the deletion contact below.
• Shared environment. Every visitor explores the same fictional firm. Your chats and uploads are private to your account and are not shown to other visitors, though we can read them in the activity logs described above. Do not enter real client information; the upload path for firm-wide files is disabled for exactly that reason.

To have your signup email and archived demo activity deleted, write to info@firmify.ai from the address you signed up with, and we will remove them.

Browser storage

The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single value recording whether you dismissed the cookie notice at the bottom of the page. It lives in your browser's local storage, stays on your device, and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent data. We do not run ads on this site. We do not build a profile of you or your visit. We have nothing to opt you out of, because there is nothing collecting your activity to begin with.

Your choices and rights

If you have emailed us, you can ask what we hold from that correspondence, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@firmify.ai and we will handle it directly.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
