Who we are

Firmify.ai is a marketing site for Firmify, a product built for accounting firms, run by the Firmify.ai team. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit firmify.ai or email us.

The short version

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are, what pages you looked at, or where you came from. There is no dashboard anywhere showing us your visit.

What we receive anyway

A site cannot be fully invisible on the internet, so a few things happen in the ordinary course of serving pages and receiving email.

• Hosting logs. Netlify, our hosting provider, keeps standard server logs for every site it serves, which include visitor IP addresses. We do not access these logs to track individuals; they exist for Netlify's own operation and security, not for us.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font file discloses your IP address and browser (user agent) to Google, the same way loading any file from another server does. We use no other external service.
• Email. If you email info@, ops@, or investors@firmify.ai, we receive your address and the contents of your message through Zoho Mail, the service that runs our inbox. We use that information to reply to you, nothing else.

Browser storage

The only thing this site stores in your browser is a single value recording whether you dismissed the cookie notice at the bottom of the page. It lives in your browser's local storage, stays on your device, and is never sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent data. We do not run ads on this site. We do not build a profile of you or your visit. We have nothing to opt you out of, because there is nothing collecting your activity to begin with.

Your choices and rights

If you have emailed us, you can ask what we hold from that correspondence, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@firmify.ai and we will handle it directly.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
